Starting a New Application Cycle with a New Website!
Today marks the start of the 2024-25 application cycle. This time of year is always exciting in the admissions world because it allows us to showcase some of the enhancements we’ve made to the college admissions process.
A big focus of our work in Penn Admissions is to constantly review the information we share to ensure that we’re making things less complex and more accessible for you. Therefore, this year, we decided to look closely at one of our primary resources, our website, and start fresh.
Introducing the new Penn Admissions website!
Our new site was created with all of you – our audiences – in mind. Whether you’re new to the college search, planning to apply in the coming year, supporting your student through this process, or one of our college counseling partners trying to collect current information, we’ve designed this site to cater to your needs, making it easy to find things quickly, digest details easily, and move through this process with ease.
A few enhancements include:
- A new Not Sure Where to Start? section of our homepage that will help you get to the right place quickly.
- A new Sustainability at Penn section that will help us all focus on creating a more sustainable future.
- A new section for Families & Supporters because we know their important role in this process.
- An expanded counselor section to ensure they have the most up-to-date information for their students.
- …and a new Meet Penn Admissions section so you can learn more about our team and what we do!
I encourage you to not just explore this site, but to interact with it. Introduce yourself, download our resources, attend an event, and ask questions! We know this process can be overwhelming, and we’re always here to help.
